Grilling Bags For The BBQ

An easy answer to the problems with grilling!

The grill is hotter than lava. 22 small pieces of food need turning. Everything risks getting stuck on the grill. You have claimed to your guests that you’re a real BBQ master. They are waiting for food and you are nowhere near success.

At this point, you have two choices. You either make a run for it or have this either you panic and run or you’ve read this guide. In option two, you never had this problem to begin with. For option one, we hope you have good running shoes. Better luck next time.

If humanity is anything, it’s resourceful. We invented the wheel. We got tired of horses and invented steam-powered trains. We figured out electricity. We have factory sliced bread.

Of course, one of our eldest cooking traditions needed upgrading. The ancient tradition of grilling. One person does all the preparations. The other flips some steaks and gets all the credit. Of course, we needed things to be easier. Thus, the genius that is mankind invented the BBQ Grilling bag. Thank you, unknown grillmaster!

Why should you use a grilling bag?

  • Less cleaning of the grill.
  • Easy to control large amounts of food.
  • Mixing ingredients could mean interesting flavors.

You already know the challenges of grilling. The more guests, the more pieces of food to turn on the grill. Every single piece risks getting stuck or burnt. It’s always the wrong temperature. The wind blows in the wrong direction and the dog is too close to the equipment.

Having a barbeque should be joyful. You also want time to sip your chosen beverage and chat with guests. You also want to show your moves with the grill.

This is where the BBQ Grill bag comes in. It allows you to organize several pieces of food in one package. You can collect all the vegetables you’re going to grill in one pack. Instead of flipping 12 onion rings and eight tomatoes, you only flip the package. You can even have a whole meal in one pack. Maybe the guests can do their own bags. Less work for you.

Grilling becomes what it should be. That is, a time to socialize, have drinks and impress friends.

The grill bag is practical and easy to use. You put the food in the bags and place it on the grill. The smoke puts a great taste on the contents. You also get a nice crust.

Food doesn’t fall into the grill. No more burgers left from last year. When it’s done, it’s easily removed thanks to the non-stick material.

BBQ Grilling Bags also reduces the time it takes to clean the grill.

Practice normal safety procedures. BBQ bags get hot so use gloves and tongs. Also mind the hot fumes when opening a sealed BBQ Grilling bag.

How To Choose The Best Grilling Bags

Now you know the advantages of BBQ Grilling bags. It’s time to pick out one that’s suitable for your needs.

It’s not too difficult. Either you go for mesh or you go for foil. Which one you choose depends a bit on the type of food you’re cooking. It might be best to have a couple of each. The investment will not make a big hole in your budget.

Mesh BBQ Grilling Bags vs Foil BBQ Grilling Bags

Whether you go for mesh or foil, you can look forward to interesting taste experiences. Mesh provides a more classic grilling experience. With foil, you can use more different cooking techniques.

  • Mesh BBQ Grilling Bags. Smoke flows through the mesh. You also get a nice crust when using mesh. Together it provides a genuine BBQ taste. Easy to season and flip.
Prevents food from burning or falling through. Avoid food going to waste completely. Grill vegetables that could fall through the grate due to their size. Heat-resistant mesh material that makes it so much easier. Plus, you don’t have to clean the grill grate as much.
Made in non-toxic material. Can be washed in a dishwasher. Reusable.
  • Foil BBQ Grilling Bags. Perfect for sticky, saucy food. Can give a steam effect to the food. You can also create a smoke packet by adding soaked wood chips to the foil. With foil grilling bags, all flavor stays with the food. Doesn’t stain the grilling grate. The foil is most often extra-tough. It’s strong enough to withstand smoking, steaming and cooking food at high temperatures. Recycle foil BBQ bags after use.

Whatever material you choose, consider the following:

  • Collect food with similar grilling times in the same bag.
  • Flatten the food as much as possible in the bag.
  • Don’t overfill.
  • Handle with grill tongs and gloves.

But hey – doesn’t aluminum foil burn?

You read it on the Internet right. Aluminum foil. Doesn’t that burn? Worried that your barbecue will end in a fire disaster? What if the foil catches fire!

Take it easy. We have it covered, aluminum foil doesn’t burn and has a very high melting point.
